Your data

Delete your account

You can delete your Ayaah account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Ayaah and go to the You tab.
  2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Ayaah account”. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in (email, Google or Apple) and name
  • Lesson progress, streaks and word reviews
  • Journal reflections and saved ayahs
  • Life course progress and quiz results
  • Your Ayaah Plus status record

Nothing is kept afterwards, except anonymous records of administrative actions that no longer identify you.

Subscriptions

Ayaah Plus is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel it — cancel in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions to stop payments.
