Prayer times look different from my mosque
Times are calculated on your phone using your country’s usual method. Tap the prayer card on Home to change your city, and choose the calculation method and Asr rule (Hanafi or standard) in Settings. If your mosque still differs by a few minutes, please follow your mosque.
I’m not getting prayer reminders
Check that reminders are on in Settings → Reminders, and that notifications for Ayaah are allowed in your phone’s settings. Open the app once every few days so it can schedule the next reminders.
Restore Ayaah Plus on a new phone
Sign in with the same account, then open the Plus screen and tap Restore. Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account.
Cancel my subscription
In the app go to Settings → Ayaah Plus → Manage or cancel, which opens your store’s subscription page. Or cancel directly in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by the store.
