Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Ayaah app. By using it, you agree to them.
What Ayaah is
Ayaah helps you learn the meaning of the Quran and of what you recite in salah, through short lessons, reflection and prayer reminders. It is an educational companion. It is not a religious authority and does not issue rulings (fatwa). For matters of fiqh, please consult a qualified scholar.
Quran text and translations
Arabic text, translations and recitations come from alquran.cloud; word-by-word meanings come from Quran.com. Translations convey meaning and are not the Quran itself. Lesson notes and curated ayah selections are prepared with care and are being reviewed by scholars; if you spot a mistake, please tell us so we can correct it.
Life courses
Life courses share general Islamic guidance on money, work and family life. They are not financial, legal, tax or medical advice; for decisions about your own situation, please speak to a qualified professional and a scholar. Course narration uses a computer-generated voice.
Prayer times
Prayer times are calculated on your phone from your location and the calculation method you choose. They are estimates — please follow your local mosque if times differ.
Your account
You can use Ayaah without an account. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure. You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings → Delete my account.
Ayaah Plus subscriptions
Some content is part of Ayaah Plus. Prices are shown before you buy. Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Ayaah Plus, which opens your store subscription page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies.
Fair use
Please use Ayaah for personal learning. Do not copy the app, resell its content, interfere with its services, or use it to harm others.
No warranty
We work hard to keep Ayaah accurate and available, but the app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using it, including missed or inaccurate reminders.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app grows. When we make significant changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Ayaah means you accept the updated terms.
